Service Description
Request help with WiFi, TV mounting, home theater, smart-home devices, surveillance cameras, computers, printers or everyday technology. Your selected time is a request only and is not confirmed until John approves it. John will review the work, location, expected duration and price with you before confirming. The one-hour slot is an initial scheduling window; project duration varies. Every service includes a complimentary Internet Bill & Plan Review. North Shore visits are available Tuesdays and Thursdays by arrangement. Call or text (630) 825-9722 with questions.
Cancellation Policy
Online appointments are requests and are not confirmed until John personally approves them. Please request regular appointments at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day or emergency tech help, submit an Emergency Help request and also call and text (630) 825-9722. Same-day availability is not guaranteed. Extra charges may apply and will be agreed before work begins. Scope, location, duration and price are confirmed before the visit. North Shore visits are available Tuesdays and Thursdays by arrangement.
